The 6G Cooperation Group (6GCG) of the 5GIF is a platform for cooperation aimed at developing mindshare around 6G applications and use cases for India. The 6GCG exchanges information on global requirements and business use cases, research progress and technology developments, vertical industry applications, etc., aimed at creating positions around the prioritization of research and development for globally harmonized standards and market space development, and creating vertical industry opportunities within the Indian market by engaging all relevant stakeholders.
The 5GIF 6GCG facilitates to advance and share the knowhow on technologies and trends; to further interests among stakeholders in India that will be driving the development of 6G and its applications over the next few years.
